Can I have different sizes or styles?
You can email us at the following address or use the enquiry form.

Are these buildings portable?
Technically our Garden Offices are “demountable structures” and as such can be removed. |
What are the timescales?
Around 4-7 weeks from when your order is accepted by us to installation taking place. Each Garden Office is installed quickly and cleanly, usually within one week.
|
What are the extra costs?
Our VAT inclusive Garden Office prices are totally transparent; we include everything you need to start work as soon as your building is installed. As this is a natural timber building you must periodically maintain it, this will include a coat of paint or varnish to begin with, and you will need to run an electrical supply to your new Garden Office. |
Do you visit me?
Yes. This is key to a successful project, once we have established an initial relationship and you are ready to consider ordering your Garden Office we will make arrangements to meet. Please get in touch for further details |
Will I need a base?
Yes. UK Garden Offices will provide a new base for your Garden Office. Using beams and adjustable pads there is no need for excavation or messy concrete in most cases. |
How do I find out more?
Please use our contact form giving as much detail as you can, telling us which building you are interested in, we will contact you within the day. Alternatively please pick up the telephone and call us on 08450 949219 (local rate) |
Do I need any other trades people?
Possibly yes. For your external electric supply, our electrician will fit the lights switches, sockets, heating & a consumer unit ready to be connected up. If you need advice please ask us. |
Will I need planning permission?
Possibly, but this depends on a number of factors which can be confusing. Whilst permitted development rules were changed in October 2008 supposedly to make installing outbuildings more straightforward our experience tells us it is best to get formal consent, there is nothing worse than finding out too late that a mistake has been made. For total peace of mind we will undertake a professional planning application on your behalf. There is a moderate fee for this service |
