Our prices start from just £6,000 fully
installed for a standard traditional building,
and from £12,000 for a fully bespoke structure,
designed to your own specification.
After an initial telephone discussion we will
arrange a no-obligation home consultation. This
is an ideal opportunity for you to find out more
about us, and for us to establish exactly what
you want from your Aspect Structures garden
building.
We will advise you on the most appropriate
design for your needs and budget, and the best
location in your garden.
We’ll discuss specifications, layouts and
internal fitments, usually working with hand and
CAD drawings to help you visualise your ideal
structure.
 However, before we meet we suggest you consider
the following:

What do I want to use
this space for?

Does it need to be
dual purpose?
(eg an office space and a gym perhaps?)
·
Where would I like it
to be sited ideally?
·
How big does it need
to be?
(Consider minimum and maximum options
based on usage and space available in your
garden.)

Will someone be living
in it permanently (in which case Planning
Permission will be required), or is it to be
used for temporary guest accommodation?
·
Will I need a water
supply for a kitchen and or bathroom?
·
How many windows would
I like?
·
How many lights /
sockets / TV aerial / network points do I need?
·
What sort of internal
finish do I want?
For example, would plain wooden walls be
adequate, or would you prefer them to be
plastered and painted?

What is my budget?
Try to be realistic and consider your
ideal
total spend and your absolute maximum.
You don’t need to tell us straightaway
but it helps!

to answer but they will help you, and us,
establish what you’re looking for.
